California
Lemon Law:
The manufacturer is required to respond to our
demand letter within 30 days or face greater damages
if the case should go to trial. Oftentimes, we
receive a response sooner than 30 days.
Thereafter,
once you have accepted a satisfactory settlement
offer it takes approximately 15 to 30 days more
to return the vehicle and receive your payment
from the manufacturer.
As
a result, the entire process normally takes
between 45 to 60 days.
As
you can see, after retaining our firm it becomes
a relatively quick process.
While
we keep you informed of what is going on in your
case, you no longer need to be directly involved,
and no longer suffer the stress and frustration
of dealing with these problems.
*We
are "Specialists" because Lemon Law
is all that we practice. We will win your case
or it's FREE.
TIP:
Bring your car to a factory authorized dealer
as soon as something appears wrong. The "usage
fees" calculation under the California Lemon
Laws starts with, and is directly related to,
the odometer mileage at the FIRST time you brought
your vehicle to an authorized dealer for repair
of a repeating, unresolved, manufacturing defect
affecting safety, value, or use. Therefore, the
longer you wait, and the higher the mileage at
the time of the first repair, the larger the "use
fee," and the less you will recover.
