Poor iPhone 4 Reception
While the iPhone 4 has been declared "the most successful product launch in Apple's history." by Apples CEO Steve Jobs, many people are finding the reception of the latest iPhone less than satisfactory. Poor reception quality, dropped calls and weak signals are the popular complaints allegedly caused by the device being held in a certain way and the electrical conductivity of the user. It is unclear whether a fix could come in the form of a simple software update or if more drastic measures will be required.
There has been talk of a class action lawsuit filed because of the poor reception, but the legal action depends upon whether Apple knew of the problem in advance, and chose to do nothing about it in hopes of selling more accessories to their customers.
